The Startup community is characterized by talented people and great minds. They use their ideas to make each of their respective industries become something bigger and better; furthemore give back to the community of enterpreneus, mentoring, advising, and guding to become succesful.

This picture of the startup community is what inspires us to develop this project. We understand that, even in this current ecosystem of opportunities, fundin is always a big issue that slows down growth.

Startups usually attemtp to obtain the funding through traditional financial institution, which often leads to failure since the current financial system prefer to invest in companies that have already turned a profit or that have extensive experience and trajectory.

But how does a Startup - a new company without prior records or profits - demonstrate that their ideas and talents can be combined to create actual solutions to real world issues and improve people's lives?

This is the core of how our project is born. We want to provide support for startups that the current financial system does not include and help them become succesful. We want to contribute back to the community of enterpreneus where they were pulled from essentially, perpetuating the cycle of growth and prosperity of business and life around their communities.

We find that creation of a platform with the main objectives of connecting the breach between the real world and virtual world can accelerate their business intiative by providing the technology tools necessary for a startup to launch their own ICO and to achieve their vision.

In order to ensure the succes of a launched ICo, we must provide the Startup with a way to convert their funds raised from Crypto to fiat, we also know that the newly created token for the startup must be listed on an Echange, and made available fro trading giving value to it as soon as possible and making it available for other investors.

The next component that must address is partnering with someone that has comprenhensive knowledge of the startup world and its needs. This is why we are partnering with Fundacion NOVA. By funding and mentoring enterpreneus through its diffeent programs, NOVA seeks to positively impact developing countries and serve as an industy example generating technologcally skilled human capital.

In order for our vision to be fulfilled we are launching our Token Sale via an initial Coin Offering (ICO) with the following main objectives:

Launch the Crypto adn Fiat Exchange called SwitchX to provide conversion of cryptocurrencies
Acquiring at least six existing Banks in different areas of the world to allow additional banking services for Startups and our Investor such as Wealth Management.
Obtain the financial backing for Fundation NOVA whch has the purpose of fueling Startups and Enterpreneus with funding, advisory, and business growth services as well as providing them with a Camous where Startups can test and deploy their ideas.

With the purpose of enabling the ICO, sprintX will create a Smart Contract in charge of capturing all funding and assign to its partcipants in the direction of the company depending on their contributions to the ICO.
